Billing & Cancellation

How Billing Works

Monthly subscription — Charged on the same date each month
Auto-renewal — Your subscription renews automatically
Credits reset — Monthly credits are added on your billing date
Unused credits — Credits don't expire. They roll over month to month

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel anytime. No long-term commitment. Your credits remain in your account and can still be used.

Upgrading or Downgrading

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. Changes take effect on your next billing date.

Marketplace Commission

When you sell credits on the marketplace:

Free plan: 15% commission
Growth plan: 10% commission
Pro plan: 10% commission

Example:

You list 100 credits at €0.75 per credit.

Free plan: €75 × 0.85 = €63.75 earned
Growth/Pro plan: €75 × 0.90 = €67.50 earned

The difference pays for itself if you sell 100+ credits per month.

Do I have to pay to use Feedbackfirst?

No. The Free plan is fully functional. You can earn credits, publish products, and build your reputation without paying anything.

Can I earn enough credits to publish for free?

Yes. Most reviewers earn 25+ credits in their first week. That's enough to publish 25 products for free.

What happens to my credits if I cancel my subscription?

Your credits stay in your account. You can still use them to publish products or sell on the marketplace.

Can I upgrade mid-month?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the month.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Not currently, but we may add annual plans in the future.

Can I get a refund?

We don't offer refunds for subscription fees. However, you can cancel anytime and your credits remain in your account.
