The Feedbackfirst marketplace lets you buy and sell credits. It's a real currency with real value.
Selling Credits
Why Sell?
If you earn more credits than you need, you can sell them for cash. Reviewers often earn 50+ credits per month — that's real income.
How to Sell
- Go to your workspace
- Click "Marketplace"
- Click "Sell Credits"
- Enter the number of credits you want to sell
- Set your price per credit (e.g., €0.50, €0.75, €1.00)
- Click "List"
Pricing
You set the price. Market rates typically range from €0.25 to €1.00 per credit, depending on demand.
Factors that affect price:
- Demand — High demand = higher prices
- Supply — More sellers = lower prices
- Your reputation — Top reviewers can charge more
- Timing — Prices fluctuate throughout the week
Commission
Feedbackfirst takes a commission on all sales:
- Free plan: 15% commission
- Growth/Pro plan: 10% commission
Example:
You list 100 credits at €0.75 per credit.
- Free plan: €75 × 0.85 = €63.75 earned
- Growth/Pro plan: €75 × 0.90 = €67.50 earned
Payment
When your credits sell:
- Buyer pays via Stripe
- Credits are transferred to buyer's account
- You receive payment via bank transfer or Stripe payout
- Payment arrives within 2-5 business days
Listing Duration
Listings are active for 30 days. If your credits don't sell:
- Listing expires
- Credits are refunded to your account
- You can relist them

Buyers purchase credits to:
- Publish products — 1 credit per product
- Book Spotlights — 20 credits for 7-day featured slot
- Boost visibility — Quickly get discovered without waiting to earn credits
How to Buy
- Go to the marketplace
- Browse available listings
- Click on a listing to see details
- Click "Buy"
- Complete payment via Stripe
- Credits are added to your account immediately
Pricing
Prices vary by seller. You can:
- Sort by price — Find the cheapest listings
- Filter by seller reputation — Buy from top reviewers
- Make an offer — Negotiate with sellers (optional)

Viewing Listings
Each listing shows:
- Seller name — Who's selling
- Seller reputation — Number of validated feedbacks
- Number of credits — How many are available
- Price per credit — What you'll pay
- Total cost — Credits × price
- Listing age — How long it's been listed
Filtering
Filter listings by:
- Price range — €0.25 - €1.00 per credit
- Seller reputation — Top reviewers only
- Quantity — Minimum/maximum credits
- Listing age — New listings first
Marketplace Integrity
Feedbackfirst monitors the marketplace for abuse:
- Price manipulation — Extreme prices are flagged
- Fraud — Fake sellers are removed
- Disputes — Buyer/seller disputes are mediated by Feedbackfirst

How do I know if a seller is trustworthy?
Check their reputation:
- Number of validated feedbacks
- Leaderboard ranking

Top reviewers are more trustworthy.
What if the buyer doesn't pay?
Payment is handled by Stripe. If a buyer initiates payment, they're committed. If payment fails, the listing remains active.
What if the seller doesn't transfer credits?
Credits are transferred automatically when payment is received. If there's an issue, contact Feedbackfirst support.
Can I negotiate prices?
You can make an offer to a seller. They can accept or decline. Negotiations are optional.
How long does payment take?
Payment arrives within 2-5 business days via bank transfer or Stripe payout.
Can I refund a purchase?
No. Credit purchases are final. However, if there's fraud or a dispute, contact Feedbackfirst support.
What if I list credits and they don't sell?
Listings expire after 30 days. Your credits are refunded to your account. You can relist them.
Can I cancel a listing?
Yes. Click "Cancel Listing" and your credits are refunded immediately.

List Early in the Sprint
Demand is highest early in the week. List your credits Monday-Wednesday for best results.
